General Subscription Information

When you purchase a subscription for Lotlot.ai's services ("Subscription"), you agree to the following terms regarding payment, billing, and refunds. These terms are designed to ensure fairness and transparency while reflecting the unique nature of the AI-powered services we provide.

By subscribing to Lotlot.ai, you authorize us, through our secure third-party payment processor, to charge the payment method you provide for the Subscription type you select. This includes all applicable taxes and fees.

No Refunds Policy: Why It Is Necessary

When you subscribe to Lotlot.ai, our system immediately reserves access to costly AI infrastructure and cloud computing resources to deliver AI-powered tools and services tailored to your needs. These computational resources are reserved and paid for upfront to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality service delivery.

As a result, all payments for Subscriptions are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except in the specific circumstances outlined in this policy. By completing your Subscription purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to these terms.

This policy is clearly presented to you during the checkout process, and by completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Subscription Billing and Renewal

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

  • Ongoing Subscription: Your Subscription will remain active until you cancel or until Lotlot.ai terminates it under the Terms of Service.
  • Cancellation Terms: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account's billing section. However, cancellations will only take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

Exceptions to the No Refunds Policy

We strive for transparency and customer satisfaction. While refunds are not generally offered, we may, at our sole discretion, consider requests for refunds in the following limited circumstances:

  1. Billing Errors: If there was a demonstrable technical error on our end that resulted in an incorrect or duplicate charge, you may contact support for review. Any refund for such issues will be determined solely by Lotlot.ai.
  2. Service Unavailability: If our Services were completely unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@lotlot.ai before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate termination of your account and Services.

In-App Purchases (iOS and Android)

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be made directly through the respective platform:
