5. Face Photo Data

Our Services include AI-powered photo enhancement features that process face photos. This section explains how we handle face photo data.

5.1 Collection of Face Photos

When you use our photo enhancement services, you may upload face photos for AI processing. You initiate and control this upload process — we do not automatically collect face photos from your device.

5.2 Use of Face Photos

Face photos you upload are used solely to provide the AI enhancement service you requested (e.g., photo polishing, beautification). We do not use your face photos for:

Facial recognition or identification purposes
Building biometric profiles or templates
Training AI models
Any purpose other than processing your specific enhancement request

5.3 Storage and Retention of Face Photos

Original photos: Your original face photos are NOT stored by our application. They are transmitted directly to our AI processing service and are discarded immediately after processing is complete.
Enhanced photos: The AI-enhanced (polished) photos are stored in our secure cloud storage (Supabase) for a maximum of 20 days, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted.
Private storage: Enhanced photos are stored in private storage accessible only to you (the user who uploaded them). No other users can access your photos.

5.4 Disclosure and Sharing of Face Photos

We do not sell, share, or disclose your face photos to third parties, except:

AI service providers: Your photos are transmitted to our AI processing partners solely to perform the enhancement you requested. These partners are contractually obligated to delete your data immediately after processing.
Cloud storage provider: Enhanced photos are stored on Supabase, our cloud infrastructure provider, with strict access controls ensuring only you can retrieve your photos.

5.5 Your Control Over Face Photos

You control when and which photos to upload for enhancement
Only you can access and download your enhanced photos via secure, authenticated download links
You may request early deletion of your enhanced photos by contacting support@lotlot.ai
All enhanced photos are automatically deleted after 20 days regardless of whether you download them

6. Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information about you in limited circumstances:

Service providers: We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate our Services (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting).
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
